Preserving the Whitehurst-Buffington House depends upon the community. While the City of Virginia Beach maintains the grounds and surrounding woodland areas, preservation of the house and its history is dependent upon the generosity of its friends and neighbors.

This important endeavor can only be completed with your help. Become a WBHF supporter and become part of something historic.

Membership Levels:

  • Student/Military Member – $10
  • WBHF Individual Member – $25
  • WBHF Friend – $26-$99
  • WBHF Patron – $100-$249: Private tours plus use of the WB House for one approved private event.
  • WBHF Sponsor – $250 and up: Private tours plus use of the house for two approved private events, early notice and sign-up for WBHF events.
